I support mums who are facing a life-threatening diagnosis and trying to navigate the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges that come with it. My focus is helping you feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to yourself while supporting you as a mother.
No. My support is for any mum experiencing a serious illness, regardless of the type of diagnosis. What matters is that you need emotional grounding, clarity, and gentle guidance.
No. I provide emotional and spiritual support, not clinical therapy. My work focuses on inner strength, healing, mindset, purpose, and helping you cope with day-to-day life in a compassionate, practical way.
Sessions are held online via Zoom and last around 60 minutes. Each session is personalised to what you’re going through — whether it's fear, overwhelm, burnout, rebuilding confidence, or finding purpose again.
Sessions are designed to be private and focused entirely on you. This quiet space is important for your emotional and spiritual restoration.
